1. KEYLOR NAVAS 3.0
Was constantly on alert, having to keep out quite a few efforts from distance. Didn’t have a whole lot of tough saves to make, but he showed exellent command of his area.

15. DANIEL CARVAJAL 3.0
Put in a very determined showing at both ends in the first half, and looked a key figure for Real before succumbing to injury after 52 minutes.

3. PEPE 3.0
Conceded a penalty less than a minute into the second half, and was beaten time and time again in the air. Read the game well on the ground, however, but a few moments of embellishment proved rather embarrasing.

4. SERGIO RAMOS 3.5
A near flawless showing from the centre-half, who scored for the second time in a Champions League final against Atletico, while putting in some marvelous work to keep Torres at arm’s lenght. Added to his wonderful night with a perfect penalty.

12. MARCELO 3.0
Not as adventurous on the overlap as he usually tends to be. Really helped Real weather the storm Atletico threat at them, but allowed space for Juanfran on too many occasions.

19. LUKA MODRIC 3.0
The architect in midfield, with his skills on the ball proving so vital in allowing Real to transition from back to front.

14. CASEMIRO 3.5
Outstanding work defensively, and forced Oblak into two critical saves at the other end. Played with experience beyond his years, providing vital protection for the likes of Ramos and Pepe.

8. TONI KROOS 3.0
His free-kick resulted in the opening goal, and he was accomplished throughout in possession. Had to put in a lot of work defensively before being replaced for the final 20 minutes.

11. GARETH BALE 3.5
The only consistent attacking threat Real had on the night, and he got at it straight from the start. Carved out a delightful chance for Casemiro, before his flick-on made Ramos’ opener possible.

9. KARIM BENZEMA 3.0
Hardly had the most influential of nights, not making the required runs off the ball to open up space in the final third. Squandered his best chance of the night on a partial breakaway, sending a shot straight at Oblak.

7. CRISTIANO RONALDO 2.5
Stole the headlines for his winning penalty, but it doesn’t undo what was a more then pedestrian showing from the forward. A few half-chances were wasted as he lacked his typically clinical nature in front of goal, while being kept on the fringes as the match passed him by.

23. DANILO 3.0
Hardly missed a beat as he deputised for the injured Carvajal. Picked out a few decent crosses as well.

22. ISCO 2.0
He was irresponsible on the ball and a bit lazy in tracking back, after replacing Kroos in the second half.

18. LUCAS VAZQUEZ 3.0
Carrasco got behind him to restore parity in the match, but the substitute atoned for his defensively error with a goal in the shoot-out.
